How do I print out ruled lines (notebook paper) in OneNote?

OneNote works great on screen, but assigning ruled line stationery and
getting them to print out is not working. My HP inkjet printers and Laser
printer don't see the lines, so they don't print. Anyone else have this
problem?

Those lines don't print, but if you go to the OneNote community you can find
various stationery including pages with printable lines on them. On the
Stationery task pane, click the link partway down for "Stationery on Office
Online".
