How do I print Outlook Calendar in a pocket version?

I can't seem to tie my Outlook Calendar with all my recurring dates and
appointments into a wallet size calendar that I can print out. I don't want
to have to purchase a wallet size calendar and then enter all these dates
every year.

You're asking about importing your Outlook calendar into a small Publisher
calendar, aren't you? (Still not a programming issue but...)
