How do I print query parameters on the report?

I'll try to keep this short. I have created a query with multiple
parameters. I want to print reports showing invoices to a specified customer
between certain dates. When I run the query, it is set up to enter the
customer name first, and then type the beginning date of the invoice period,
and then type the ending date of the invoice period. I have that part down
okay. When I print the report, I want the date parameters that I typed in
for the query to appear on the printed report. I created a text box in
Design View on the report, and for the Control Source, I entered the same
syntax as the criteria in the query. When I run the report, I am prompted to
enter the customer name first. Then I am prompted to enter the beginning and
ending invoice dates (because I have set up the query to do so). The problem
is that before the report shows up on the screen, I am once again prompted to
enter the beginning and ending dates of the invoice period. I'm assuming
because of the syntax I used in the control source for the text box in the
report. All I need to know is how to make the data parameters appear on the
report without being prompted to enter them twice? Can anyone help?

Your parameters must match exactly with the values in the control sources.
It would be easier if you use controls on a form so your control source in
the report would be:
=Forms!frmRptSelect!txtStart
