How do I print selected pages instead of the whole document

How do I print only the first page (selected pages) in a document. Sometimes
I do not want to print the whole document every time I email someone about a
subject. I used to be able to simple select which page to print in Outlook
Express. Now it seems I do not have this option with Outlook.

Try opening the message first, rather than trying to print from the Preview
pane. Using Outlook 2003 I did not have the page options by just selecting
an email and going to the Print menu, but if I double-clicked on it and then
went to File -> Print it was there.
