How do I print tabbed dividers?

Divide & Conquer

My printer supports directly printing onto tabbed dividers, but I need
instructions on how to create the originals so that they line up with the
tabs when I print them. I'm assuming that there is a MS Word (2003) template
that will accomplish this, but I can't find anything in all the usual places,
an the printer manual itself is very vague on this. Any ideas?

If these are Avery stock, they should come with instructions. If there is a
Word "template," you'll find it as a label definition under the stock number
in Tools | Letters and Mailings | Envelopes and Labels | Label Options.
