how do i print table in design view format

I am using Access 2007 and I can not print a table when in DesignView.
"Print" is not even an option when in Design View of a table. Can someone
tell me how to accomplish this?

use the database documenter.....


close the table, and then go to the database tools tab

Then select the database documenter

select the tables tab, and then select the tables you want to print out..

ONE MORE thing, click on the options button and set nothing for indexes, and
choose the option


names, data types and sizes...

If you don't select the above, then the resulting printout WILL NOT be
columnar..and you simply waste tons of paper.

The documenter can also print out your code, or sql or whatever.....

play around with some of the options untill you get a printout the way you
like...
