How do I print the background on the template I down loaded?

I downloaded the "clipboard design" fax cover sheet from the templates and
when I view it isn print layout everything looks like - but when I print the
document the background (clipboard design) does not print. I am working in
Microsoft Word 2003.

Tools, options, print tab, check *background colors and images* in the Include
with Document.
