How do I print the contact's address and telephone on the calenda.

I have an outside salesforce for which I schedule appointments. I would like
to print the contact's address and telephone numbers on the calendars
appointments. Is there any way to do this? I would like to not have to
double enter this info...

Any folder view shows only the data in that folder, even though Outlook lets
you think otherwise by allowing you to add fields from different types of
items in the folder. You can accomplish what you want, however, with a
little custom VBA code. For an example, see
