How do I print the contents of the My Documents folder?

I have been asked to organize a company's shared drive files. Before moving
those files I need to provide a printout of each file and its contents. Any
suggestions?

In the Microsoft Knowledgebase article Nos 196628 and 196158 give you two
methods assuming you want to print a list of each folder/directory and a
listing of the files in that folder.

If you actually want to print the contents of each file you would just
select all files in a windows folder, right click in the list and choose
print. Assuming that the programs needed to print out the files in that
folder or on the computer and properly registered in windows to do so this
will print out each document. For long lists of files be prepared to be
able to do nothing with that computer for a while.

Finally her is a deeper look into the subject by the good folks at O'Reilly.
A good process if you have a substantial number of of folders to process.

Directory Printer, free, from www.karenware.com is a great program.
