How do I print the folders list (not the contents) in MS Outlook?

I want to print the Outlook folders list as a sort of table of contents of
how my e-mail is organized. So far all I've been able to do is print the
contents (messages) of one folder at a time, when all I really want is a list
of the folder names, hopefully within their original hierarchy.
I'm using MS Outlook from the 2007 Office Suite.

there might be some VBA floating around (start at outlookcode.com) that can
pull it into a text file, or use screen print and print a picture of the
folder list.
