HOW DO I PRINT THE MAIL MERGE RECIPIENT LIST?

I want to print the MAIL MERGE RECIPIENTS LIST for a
document I created. The list was created through the MAIL
MERGE wizard.

datasource and arrange the fields in a one row table.
