How do I print the same creation four to a page for printing?

It would be helpful to know what version Publisher you are using.
Setup a new publication as a postcard.
Adjust the size of your objects, copy/paste into the new publication. You can
use Format, AutoFit text for the text boxes.
Some printers have the capability to print multiple copies per sheet. Take a
look at your printer setup.
