how do i print white letters on dark paper

I want to print white letters on a t-shirt transfer paper...the
computer/printer won't recognize the letters--therefore, it's not

Change the colour from white to something very close to white by
choosing a custom colour (white = 255,255,255). Change one of the 255s
to 254.

there is no such thing as white ink in most printers....

You will need to transfer your graphic to a silkscreen and use white pigment
or ink on your black t-shirts.

You are attempting this with the wrong technology!
