how do I print white text on clear decals using publisher?

I'm trying to print graphics on a clear decal but because Publisher assumes
I'm using white paper it won't print the text or graphics using white. Can
anyone suggest what setting I can adjust so Publisher will know I'm not using
white paper?

This is a Visio, not Publisher, forum....but try changing paper color...I
think it assumes you are using colored paper and does not print the color
onto the paper. Don't jus make a background dark color or it will print that.

Or try RGB 254,254,254 which is so close to white you won't see it but app
will know its not white.

within the 'normal' printer, white is not a color. it is an absence of
color. there is no white ink in standard printers.
