How do I produce diary pages for a Filofax in Office?

I want to produce professional looking diary pages for my A4 Filofax. I have
Office 2007. Any ideas, please?

Download, install and run the Calendar Printing Assistant from Microsoft
Downloads. See if that produces what you need.
