How do I produce pdf reports instead of mdi in Access?

I am trying to print reports in Access in a .pdf format, but it is only
giving me the option to print them in .mdi format. How do I get the option to
print them in .pdf? I have Adobe Acrobat 8.0 Professional, and Microsoft
Access 2003. Thanks!

Just change the printer to the virtual printer which Adobe Acrobat will have
installed on your system.

The snapshot format includes a viewer you can send with your report the
first time (for those who don't have Access) There are several free pdf
creators available too. Just google for: CutePDF or PDFCreator

There are several. You'll need GhostWriter and the print driver. Have a look
