HOW DO I PROPERLY CONFIGURE OUTLOOK 2003

I think i configured outlook wrong I put in the names of the types of send
and recieve I put in the word pop3 in both spaces what should have I have
done?

put in your email server names - it varies with the isp, but many use
mail.your_isp.com for both pop and smtp or pop3.your_isp.com and smtp.
your_isp.com. If you aren't sure what names to use, check with your email
provider.
