How do I protect a letterhead so that it can't be copied?

I want to insert a letterhead (JPeg image) into a template and make it
available to staff. However I don't want them to be able to copy the
letterhead.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. :)

Can't be done - The best you can hope for is to make it a bit more
inconvenient (by using Protection features, for example). However, anyone
with access to a printed or digital document can do with it as they please.
