How do I publish a custom Account form in Business Contact Manager

When I click, <Tools>, <Forms>, <Design a Form>, and Look in <Personal Forms
Library>, <Account>, then make my changes, I get an error when I try to save
my changes that reads, 'The Account cannot be saved unless it contains an
account name. Please type a name in the Account name box and then save.' This
doesn't make sense to me; I'm not trying to create an account, just alter and
publish a form. And the publish option of forms is not available...

Hi,
BCM does not support customization of the forms.
Hence even if the BCM forms (Business Contacts or Accounts or Opportunities)
were customized (new fields added or changed), they would not available for
use on the BCM data.
The customization is anyways on the wish-list for future versions of BCM.
