How do I publish documentation with UML diagrams on web?

When I save UML diagrams as Web page, the Use Case Documentation is not
visible. Is that a feature that I need to specifically enable?

It was visible, when I tryed. For me it is hard to see why invisible.

Can you please let me know the steps that you have followed to publish your
UML diagrams.

What I have is the UML diagram - Use Case Diagram with the Documentation
window having the Use Case Details. I select File and Save as Web Page
option. Visio publishes the contents on a web, but I dont see the
documentation part.

My steps are exactly as same as you.

Unfortunately, it doesnt work and I cannot upload a sample of the file!
BTW, I am using Microsoft Office Visio 2003. Use Case Documentation is not
on the Use Case Diagram as "Notes", it is in a separate window at the bottom
left corner of screen. I see it as a very basic functionality but it doesn't
work.
