how do i publish multiple files to web?

I want to publish multiple visio files to the web

I have an increasingly larger visio file (business map with drill downs),
thus I would like to divide them into seperate files and then use the
'hyperlink' function to link between the different files. But, when I publish
every file, they dont link to eachother, but to the 'old' viso file on my
computer instead? - You know what I mean? - The Relative Hyperlinks doesnt
seem to work for me, or is it another way?
