How do I publish my calendar as I once could with Intellisync?

I switched from Intellisync to Outlook connect. (They stopped supporting
Intellisync). Is there a way to have a published calendar on the web so that
others can view it?
I know you can share with passport users, but the Intellisync method did not
require registration or switching over from one program to another.
