How do I publish my web site created in Publisher?

I am experiencing dificulties Publishing my site on my web space. I am new
to this and I am getting totally confused by my Web Hoster about how to get
this published. Anyone got any REALLY basic instructions to help me. I have
tried the instructions on Publisher Help but it doesn't work. Any my web
hosters say I need to Publish one page at a time. Im confused!
