how do i publish my website to the internet?

I did my publisher on my computer, i pulished it as a website and i save it
on my USE memory stick. What i wont is that, i wont to view my website
without the memory stick on the internet.
Please can you help me to view my website without the memory stick,
After all, i wont to have something like www.example.com so that i will be
able to view my website.Please i need your help

Did you register a domain with your Internet Provider? Or, your website
going to be a personal website associated with your e-mail address?
