I have a presentation that needs to get done soon. All the files are in
Illustrator and I can not seem to figure out how to get then into PowerPoint.
Do I need to the Illustraotr files as something different? I already have
them as PDF's! If any one could help that would be great! Thanks in advance!

Can Illustrator save them as PNG or JPG files? Then you could either
Insert>Picture>From File to get them into your presentation, or you could
do something to batch import them. Some of the solutions listed here
might be Windows only, but some of them should work on a Mac as well:

Well I've had most success exporting the figures from Illustrator as png
images (with transparency). It works like a char and is cross-platform
(of course they're not editable anymore in PPT).

Can your version of illustrator export something called "emf" or "wmf"
(windows metafiles / enhanced metafiles) ?
Or another 'vector' format ? (apart from pdf)

If so - then these will be editable in powerpoint - once you 'ungroup' them
