How do I pull Google Talk contacts into MS Communicator?

On MS Communicator, if you enter an AOL address into your contacts, you can
chat with people using AIM. Is there a way to similarly connect with Google
Talk? I've been unsuccessful at figuring a way to chat with my Google Talk
contacts using MS Communicator.
