How do I purchase more License Agreements for Microsoft Project?

I am in the military and my command has one copy of Microsoft Project and one
License. So we are only ably to install it on one computer. How can I get
ahold of more Licenses so we can put the program on more computers...

If you are in a country that has software vendors, go buy some. It's no
more complicated. If your military organisation or government has a
commercial arrangement with a software vendor (which I would think they
would), requisition it. What am I missing? What is the real problem?
