How do I purchase vlk for office pro 2003

I'm trying to find a volume license key for Office 2003 Professional. I have
25 computers that will need the program and don't want to have to purchase 25
full copies of the program. Would it be cost effective to buy the VLK or
should I just buy 25 copies of the program?
