how do I put a double edge (Beveled Edge) on my picture?

How do I make our pictures on the web a double edge (Beveled Edge) to have a
better effect??

You can create a rectangle, manipulate the shadow, there is a bevel-like
setting(shadow style #17). Place your image on top.
