Given that the constraints imposed by the length of the subject line, your
question would benefit from the attentions of a cryptologist in order to
render it comprehensible.

Many, if not most, potential respondents will look askance at questions
posed uniquely in the subject line. The usual expectation is that the
subject line should provide an indicative description, with the body of the
post providing expanded, background detail.

This should be pertinent to you as others, who might well have addressed
your question more appositely, may well have been deterred by the
presentation.

That said, my best guess is:

Tools | Options | General Tab | Select/deselect "R1C1 reference style".

In the likely event that I have misinterpreted you question, please post
back with a modicum of explanatory detail.

Type your first two numbers in A1 and A2...........then highlight both of
those cells and left-click and drag the little black square in the bottom
right corner of A2 down column A and the line numbers will fill in
automatically
