How do I put page breaks in with text boxes?

I have a document that has text and drawings. The text is portrait and the
diagram, on one particular page, is landscape. Once the diagram is completed
I try to put a page break in and it is put at the top of the page. I know it
has to do with the returns on the page but if I put more returns in to get to
the bottom of the page the diagrams move down with it; therefore, I have to
move each piece of the diagram. So, how do I put page breaks in with out
having to click and drag my diagrams?

Group the whole diagram, add some more returns then drag the whole diagram
back upwards. If thsi doesn't work, try copying the whole grouped diagram to
a new document temporarily and then create your new page, add some reurns
then paste it back

Why is it a problem if the page break displays at the top of the page? That
really shouldn't make any difference?
