how do I put rows back in order with the headings on top

OK, i'M WORKING WITH EXCEL. I INADVERTANTLY, WHILE PERFORMING A "SORT" HIT
SOME COMBINATION OF FUNCTIONS AND PLACED THE TITLE LINE IN THE DATA AND
CANNOT BRING IT BACK TO THE TOP. IT ALL BEGAN AS I WAS TRYING TO REMOVE THE
SMALL ARROWS AT THE TOP OF EACH COLUMN.

1. select the first row
2. insert row
a new,empty, row should appear at the top.
3. copy the cells from your old title row
4. paste then into the new top row
5. delete the old title row
