How do I put signature under my reply at top of thread?

Apparently, the default in Entourage when replying is for the reply to
end up at the bottom of the message thread, along with the signature.
You can go under Preferences in Entourage | Reply and Forward | Mail
Attribution for "Place text at top of message..." to get the cursor
at the top of the message, and the "Place insertion point before
quoted..." radio button, and that will fix where the cursor starts
from, but the signature block is still at the bottom of whole thread.

Is there any way to move that signature block? See

tells you how to do this. They say: "If you want your cursor to
appear on top and your signature below that (but before the quoted
text), select "Use short header-style attribution lines," but I can not
figure out where to select that in that screen.

If you're using Entourage 2004, select the option to "Place reply at top of
message and include From, Date, To, and Subject lines from original
message".
