I am trying to setup a form so that if a user forgets their password to a
particular application, they would fill in 4 fields of information in a
Outlook form. They would then email this to the Helpdesk where it would
automatically be in entered into our Helpdesk software. In order for the
email to be entered automatically, the email message body needs to contain
the information from the 4 fields on the sent form. In other words the
sender's email message body is linked to the problem description box in our
Helpdesk software. I have already setup a custom form that has the four
fields of required information needed by our Helpdesk personnel..
My problem is how do I get the four values in the Compose page to a message
control box in the Read page so that when the user sends the email
requesting a password, it is put into the message body of the email sent to
our Helpdesk software?
