How do I re-enable "always show this Dialog Box" for pics

To read a Jpg file In Outlook, when I dbleClick the file a box saying " Do
you want to open or save thi sfile etc.. " comes up. There is small checkbox
the says "Do this every time?".

I have unchecked the tickbox and now I want to re-check it 'cos my PC just
beeps at me when I click on the same jpg file. (How do I get the original
Dialog box back?...)

Windows - Control Panel | Folder Options | File Types tab .. select the file
type and then Advanced and check "confirm open after download".
