How do I re-install .Net Framework 2.0 and SQL Server

I have uninstalled .Net Framework 2.0 and SQL Server, now I can't use any of
my microsoft office programs and my microsoft Onenote 2003. I am using a
Toshiba Laptop with Microsoft XP. Not too clued up on this stuff. Any help
would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Start by repairing your Office installation and OneNote. To do this, go
into Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs and click change on each of
them. Then select repair.
