I had some problems with my system and had to un-install office 2003 small
business edition, however, when I attempted to re-install I kept getting a
message stating that the folder containing installation package
511735.MAINSP1op.msp is on a network resource that is unavailable. What the
heck does that mean?? I get this same type of message when I attempted to
download updates from Microsoft's website. Can anyone help? I'm really
frustrated with this. I can't access any of my office programs.

Hi, Kim. Download and run the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility (see
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=290301 "Description of the Windows
Installer CleanUp Utility") to remove Windows Installer information related
to Office 2003. Reboot the computer, and then try to install Office 2003.
