How do i re-skin the new Office 2007 to look and act like 2003... I have been
searching for a solution, but haven't seen one yet.
maybe someone here can point me in the right direction. other than use
Office 2003.

You don't. Office is not skinnable, other than the selection of one of three
color schemes.

You can use one of a couple of add-ins to display some toolbars and
customize the ribbon -- see
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customization/CustomizeRibbon.htm for reviews.

If you'd rather go back to Word 2003, nobody's stopping you.
