I need to know how do I retreive my email from my office when i am at home on
my laptop.
Email downloaded by a client, such as MS Outlook, requires that the computer
which downloaded the email be left on, and some kind of remote access
application be available on both computers. Since one is a workplace
computer, your best course of action would be to consult with your workplace
IT department. If it is allowed, they are the best resource to help you
figure out how to do it.
