How do I read my junk mail?

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Email Client: pop Recently, my regular inbox messages have all been going straight into my junk. And I added most emails to my address book, anything with changing the junk email protection to none. Yet, I need to read the messages that are marked as junk.

So, my two questions are: how can I read messages that go into my junk? And how can I change it so they no longer go into junk?
