How do I read visio 2003 drawings in visio 2000?

When I try and open an attachment that was made in visio 2003 with visio 2000
it tells me that it's not possible. Is there an update or anything that will
allow me to do this? Don't want to really have to buy visio again......

Visio 2000 and Visio 2002 have the same file format. The file format changed
when Visio 2003 was released. Visio 2003 does have the ability to save in
Visio 2002 format (the same format as Visio 2000).

The current version of Visio is Visio 2003 and the oldest version of Visio
that qualifies for an upgrade is Visio 2000 SR1 (The first version of Visio
released by Microsoft). So if you have Microsoft branding on your product
you qualify for an upgrade.
