How do I rearrange Outlook's Folder list, to be non-alphabetical

I want to put the most frequently used folders at the top so how do I
rearrange Outlook's Folder list in a non-alphabetical way?

You can only do that in the Favorite Folders list in OL2003/OL2007

No you can't. You can choose the order of the Navigation Pane BUTTONS, not
the folders. Only in the Shortcuts Navigation Pane view can you order the
list of folders you add.
