how do i reassemble a large file attachment which was split

probably uuencoded. I previously used outlook 2000 and it worked fine. I've
upgraded to outlook 2003, but now can't seem to receive large file
attachments and reassemble them. The sender has her email program set to
split files more than 10mb because that's what the isp requires.
