I was just mugged by the Office 2007 Service Pak 1, and it transposed my "
and @ without asking. I cannot touch-type with the quotation mark up in the
top row. I have tried autocorrect--but after repeated efforts can only get
the @ to change to ", not the other way around--meaning I have no @.
Autocorrect is not the right way to do this anyway. If Microsoft can
reassign the keys from on high, it should be possible to do this properly
from down here with the proles. I have even tried to uninstall the Service
Pak, but unlike other regular updates there is NO uninstall option.
