How do I receive emails after downloading your CD?

Before I downloaded your CD, Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003, I
was having no trouble receiving emails through my local cable Internet
Service Provider. Since installing the new CD, I don't believe I am receiving
emails. What can I do?

I don't have a CD of that type, so it certainly isn't mine..

Open IE6.. go to TOOLS - INTERNET OPTIONS.. click on the PROGRAMS TAB.. set
Outlook Express as your default e-mail and newsgroup handler..

Then check your settings as if you were signing up the first time..
