How do I receive my email in Outlook

I currently receive my email at sbcglobal.net. I want to receive it through
Outlook. What do I do?

Open Outlook, go into Tools / Email Accounts, choose "Add a new email
account" and hit Next.

Choose POP3 and hit Next.

You're now in the Internet E-mail Settings (POP3) window. Just enter the
information called for in this window and you should be up and running.

After filling out the information, hit Test Account Settings to make sure it
all works.
