How do I recover a deleted a Folder?

I deleted my Personal Folder from outlook 2002, and can't find a way to get
it back. It has all my emails sent and received categorized into several
files.

This is what I did. Went to the control panel and selected mail. Then I
selected Data files. Clicked on Personal Folders and then hit remove. I meant
to remove another folder.

I NEED TO RECOVER this FOLDER!

File | Open | Outlook Data File. You'll need to know where the closed .pst
file is located, of course.
