How do I recover corrupted dll files

Lately, I've been receiving messages about 'corrupted of missing' 'dll files.
One in particular, when I go 'Start', and click 'Mail,' I first get
"C:\PROGRA~1\SPAMBL~1\BIN\484~1.0\SBOLExt.dll" is 'Missing or unable to
load.' However, I click 'OK,'
and mail comes up and all looks ok. But WHY this extra step, (this only
started about a few weeks ago, and getting frustrated trying to solve this
myself).

PLEASE, someone, HELP! Is it possible to download these .dll files from
Microsoft? And how do I do this? I have an XP.

Hi, did you ever overcome the problem where you got the message
"Unable to load C:\PROGRA~1\SPAMBL~1\Bin\484~1.0\SBOLExt..." as
I also get the same message and seem unable to overcome it. Thanks in
anticipation
