How Do I Recover Deleted Contacts Folders in Outlook 2007

Please help guys... I deleted all of my contacts by accident. In th
Contacts area i created subfolder by accident under a contact group, an
by accident deleted the contact group and all of the subfolders unde
it. How can i recover my 300+ contacts.. I need your guys's help o
this. I neved emtied my deleted items folder, but cannot find that fil
in there to recover it. Please help... thanks in advanc

If you made back-ups along the way they will be in the last .pst backu
file unless you have overwritten it

Do you have an Exchange server? Double-check Deleted Items to see if it's
there - might just be a folder in Deleted Items. Does your Deleted Items
folder have a plus sign next to it?
