how do i recover lost phrases in a document

i scanned a document to word using my hp scanner. several words or phrases
are missing. is there a free software or program that can pass over my
scanned document and recover the lost text?

can anyone send a recovery tool to me

This is an issue with a scanner or OCR software, not Microsoft Word.
However, I am unaware of any special tool besides what you've already used
that will recover missing text in a scanned document.
